Well, i must admit the Tecno Spark 8T is a definite surprise addition to the sub Rs 10,000 bracket. It has a full HD+ display, built over a stylish body that offers 4GB RAM. The performance is not up to the mark, but still you can easily get a day's work done. The battery is good, and the main camera delivers decent photos. Worth considering in this range.
