Redmi Note 10 has finally made its way to the Indian market and gets a lot of things right. Starting with the Super AMOLED display that is bright and offers rich colours. The use of Snapdragon 678 octa-core chipset makes it a reliable performer with 6GB RAM at this price. You get a dedicated slot to expand storage, quad rear cameras and a capable selfie shooter too. The 5,000mAh battery supports 33W fast charging which is impressive. The device as a whole offers good value for money spent.

Redmi Note 10 sports a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display that offers Full HD+ resolution at 1080x2400 pixels. The screen gives you pixel density of 409 PPI, features a punch hole design. For extra protection of the screen, Redmi Note 10 gets Corning Gorilla Glass 3 to help you avoid breakages. The modern design allows the overall 20:9 aspect ratio display to offer more viewing area and screen-to-body ratio of 83 percent. The power button and the volume rocker are on the right side of the phone. For security purpose, Redmi Note 10 phone gets a side-mounted fingerprint sensor built into the power button and face unlock that works through the selfie camera.

Redmi Note 10 has once again received a price hike in India of Rs 500, the base variant has received a price hike for the 3rd time.
Redmi Note 10 6GB variant has received another Rs. 500 price hike.
Market research firm Canalys speculates that smartphone prices will increase more in Q2, citing reasons of supply crunch on key imported components and a weaker Rupee which will no doubt allow the OEMs to maintain margins at current price levels. Including the price hike occurring in 2021, Canalys also expect that smartphone sale will see a drop in this ongoing quarter. Considering the rise of the second wave of COVID-19 in India chances of a nationwide lockdown is unlikely. However, the state-wise lockdown has hit hard for the e-commerce portal to ship only essential products to the customers. This does mean in one way that electronics products including smartphones are not shipping in some states at the moment.
