5G has been officially launched in India. Telecom operators are working on rolling out 5G services across the country by 2023. While Vodafone-Idea has not confirmed its plans, Airtel and Jio have kicked off their 5G rollout already. Jio is beta-testing its 5G network in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Varanasi. Airtel 5G Plus, on the other hand, is available in eight cities already. These include Delhi, Mumbai, Varanasi, Bangalore, Gurugram, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Companies are working with telecom operators to ensure their 5G-ready devices are compatible with the network. Xiaomi has confirmed the list of its devices that support the Airtel 5G Plus network.

Airtel has listed the devices that currently support its 5G network on the website. The company has now revealed the list of Xiaomi phones that support its new, faster network.

The list includes some mid-range Xiaomi phones as well as the company’s premium offerings in India. Some Redmi and POCO phones, which come with a 5G processor, also support Airtel’s network.
