iQOO could be working on the launch of a new premium smartphone. The company was previously rumoured to launch an iQOO Neo series device with the model number V2154A. This device is expected to launch in China as the iQOO Neo6. Alternatively, the company could give the device an iterative naming scheme and launch it as the Neo 5s. While there is no word on the official launch date or the naming scheme, some details of the device have leaked online. iQOO could launch the Neo6 very soon in China. The smartphone has been spotted on the Google Play Console website with the model number V2154A. It reveals some key details around the device’s performance unit and display specs. For starters, the phone will draw power from a Qualcomm SM8350 SoC, which is the model number for the Snapdragon 888 SoC. The SoC is clocked at 2.8GHz and is paired with an Adreno 660 GPU clocked at 840MHz.

The variant listed on Google Play Console has 12GB of RAM. We can expect it to come with 256GB of internal storage. iQOO could also launch an 8GB RAM variant of the device. It runs Android 11 out of the box. The device is likely to have a layer of Origin OS 1.0 on top of the Android OS.
