Inalsa has launched the Aero Smart 30 Air Fryer Oven in India which is targeting users looking for a larger-capacity appliance for everyday cooking and multi-stage recipes. This new model comes with a 30-litre capacity and a stainless steel internal cavity, along with food-contact accessories made from SS304 stainless steel.
The Aero Smart 30 is designed to combine air frying with other cooking modes, including baking, roasting, broiling, dehydrating and reheating. It features an 18-in-1 digital preset panel with pre-programmed cooking functions, allowing users to select different modes without manually setting each cooking parameter.

One of the key features is the Dual Cook Function, which allows two cooking stages to be programmed sequentially. For instance, users can combine Air Fry with Broil or Bake with Keep Warm. The company says this is intended to reduce the need for manual intervention during multi-step recipes.
The Aero Smart 30 uses a high-velocity air circulation system aimed at delivering crispier textures while using less oil. It’s cooking chamber also gets an internal light, while the touch-control digital display provides access to the various cooking presets.
For construction, the appliance features a stainless steel internal cavity, with the oven rack and air fryer basket made using food-grade SS304 stainless steel. Inalsa claims these components offer resistance to rust and high temperatures.
The Aero Smart 30 also features a dual-layer glass door designed to retain heat within the cooking chamber while keeping the outer surface cooler. Inalsa says the appliance has been designed in line with European safety standards.
The Inalsa Aero Smart 30 Air Fryer Oven carries an MRP of Rs 36,900, but is currently available at a launch price of Rs 18,999. It comes with a two-year complete product warranty and is available through major retail and e-commerce platforms across India.
