Ahead of the official launch, we have been learning new details of the upcoming ROG Phone 7 series courtesy of several leaks and benchmark listing. A few days back, the ASUS ROG Phone 7D was spotted at Geekbench, which detailed the hardware specifications of the device. Now, in a recent development, the ROG Phone 7D key specifications are revealed by AnTuTu listing ahead of launch.

As per the AnTuTu listing, the upcoming ASUS ROG Phone 7D will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. Furthermore, the listing reveals that the handset will pack 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The handset will run Android 13 OS out of the box. In the benchmark test result, the ROG Phone 7D (AI2205_D) has managed to score 1346106 points. The handset has scored 293872 points in the CPU test, whereas, in the GPU test, it scored 578199. The AnTutu listing reaffirms the specifications which were revealed by the Geekbench test result earlier.
As of now, the other details of the ROG Phone 7D such as its display size, camera configuration, and battery capacity information remains unknown. In a piece of related news, earlier today, key specifications of the ROG Phone 7 vanilla model were revealed by tipster Digital Chat Station. As per the recent leak, the vanilla ROG Phone 7 model will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and 16GB of RAM.
The handset will feature a 6.78-inch E4 AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. For the security purpose, the vanilla ROG Phone 7 will have an in-display fingerprint scanner. The device will have a HDR10+ support and 1300 nits brightness. Similar to the ROG Phone 7D, the ROG Phone 7 will run Android 13 out of the box.
In terms of imaging, the device is expected to feature a 50MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide camera, and a 5MP macro camera sensor. For selfies and video-calling purpose, the handset might feature a 32MP camera. The smartphone might pack a 6000mAh battery which could offer 65W globally.
