India’s BHIM payments app is offering a guaranteed cashback of up to Rs 750 as a limited-time offer. The offer is applicable across all types of merchant payments, including travel and food categories. The BHIM App is also providing a flat 1% cashback on fuel payments of petrol, diesel, and CNG. These offers are exclusively available on the BHIM App up to March 31, 2024.
BHIM App Offering Rs 150 Cashback on Food and Travel
Users of the BHIM App will get a flat Rs 30 cashback on transactions above Rs 100 for payments related to food and travel. This includes railway ticket booking, suburban transportation, taxis, cabs, and bus tickets. The offer is also applicable to all restaurants that accept payments using a merchant UPI QR code.
A single user can earn a maximum cashback of Rs 150 under this offer, which means they can redeem this offer up to five times on payments above Rs 100. The cashback will be directly credited to the primary bank account linked in the BHIM App. Note that users must have the BHIM App version 3.7 and above to get the cashback.
BHIM App Offering Rs 600 Cashback with Rupay Credit Cards
The number of UPI on credit card transactions has been rapidly increasing since the introduction of this feature by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) in August 2023. The BHIM App is now offering a cashback of Rs 600 on all types of merchant UPI payments using a Rupay credit card.
To use this offer, the user must have a Rupay credit card linked to their BHIM app. Once done, the user will get a flat cashback of Rs 100 on their first three transactions of above Rs 100 within the offer period.
Furthermore, the BHIM App will provide a cashback of Rs 30 on the next five transactions of above Rs 200 in the first month of the offer period. The offer will again be applicable in the next month. Here’s a chart that will help you understand the offer in a better way.

1% Cashback on Fuel Payments Using BHIM App
The BHIM App is also offering a flat 1% cashback on all fuel payments of petrol, diesel, and CNG. This offer is called the Urja 1% scheme and will be valid until March 31, 2024. Users can pay for their fuel using UPI on the BHIM App to get the cashback.
This 1% cashback is also applicable on utility bill payments like electricity bills, water bills, and gas cylinder bills. The minimum amount for the transaction must be Rs 100. Cashback will be directly credited to the user’s primary bank account linked to the BHIM App.
