HP has unveiled its latest Spectre x360 laptops at CES 2024. These 2-in-1 laptops from the company feature the latest Intel Core Ultra chipsets. HP has also integrated multiple AI features to improve the performance in resource-heavy tasks like video editing. These also come equipped with OLED screens.

Along with its new Spectre laptops, HP has also announced new accessories, which include the Poly Voyager Free 20 Wireless Earbuds and the HP 960 Ergonomic Wireless Keyboard. The company has also showcased a wireless charging mouse.

HP Spectre x360 Laptops 2024 Edition: Features

The new HP Spectre x360 comes with a 2.8K resolution OLED screen, with an aspect ratio of 16:10. It is available in two screen sizes, 14 and 16-inches. These displays support multi-touch input and have maximum brightness levels of up to 500 nits. It also features an adaptive refresh rate between 48Hz and 120Hz.

The 2024 models of the HP Spectre x360 are powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra 5 125H chipset, which comes with 14 cores and 18 threads with clock speeds of up to 4.5GHz. It is paired with Intel Arc graphics along with 16GB of RAM.

The top-end model features the Core Ultra 7 155H, which has 16 cores and 22 threads with a clock speed of up to 4.8GHz. It is available with Intel Arc graphics and 32GB RAM. HP will also offer an optional variant with Nvidia RTX 4050 graphics.

The new Intel Ultra chipsets are engineered to boost AI performance, which will be harnessed by the new Spectre x360 laptops. HP has also included a dedicated AI chip for security features like walk away lock, wake on approach, and privacy alerts. The laptop features a 9MP infrared camera for better low light performance in video calls, along with DTS:X quad speakers with HP Audio Boost.

The new Spectre x360 laptops have a full-size backlit keyboard. It also features a large trackpad. The laptop comes with one USB-A port and two Thunderbolt 4 ports with support for DisplayPort. It also comes preloaded with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office.

The HP Spectre x360 laptops run on a 68Wh battery. It supports 65W charging via USB-C. HP says that the laptops can be charged from 0-50% in 45 minutes.

The HP Spectre x360 14-inch is priced at $1499 (approx Rs 1,24,500) while the 16-inch model is priced at $1599 (approx Rs 1,33,000). The new Intel Core Ultra variants are expected to launch in India in the next few months, at a starting price of Rs 1,50,000.

HP’s New Wireless Earbuds, Keyboards, and Mouse

HP has also announced the Poly Voyager Free 20 wireless earbuds. These earbuds support active noise cancellation in both music playback and phone calls.

The earbuds are equipped with 10mm audio drivers, and they support multipoint connectivity. The case of the earbuds supports Qi wireless charging. The earbuds can also be configured using the Poly Lens app on your smartphone. It is priced at $149 (approx Rs 12,300).

The HP 960 Ergonomic Keyboard is a wireless keyboard and has a split layout for the keys. It comes with a separate numpad as a different module from the main keyboard. The main keyboard comes with 20 programmable keys. HP says that the keyboard is manufactured from 50% post-consumer recycled materials. It is priced at $119 (approx Rs 9900).

The company also unveiled the HP 960 wireless mouse that comes with 6 programmable buttons. The highlight of the mouse is its support for Qi-wireless charging. It is priced at $59.99 (approx Rs 4990).
