EA Sports FC24 Gets its First Trailer: Shows off Exclusive Gameplay Footage and Set for September Release

The first non-FIFA game, EA Sports FC24 is set for release in September 2023.

  • EA Sports releases a new trailer of EA FC24 showcasing exclusive gameplay details.
  • EA Sports FC will be available in early access on 22 September, followed by a wider release on 29 September.
  • It’ll be available on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X / S, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch.

EA Sports FC 24 has been fully Unveiled, with Electronic Arts providing the fans with much awaited information on the FIFA successor’s release date, pricing, Ultimate Team mode, and more, as well as a new launch trailer.

While we’ve already seen a couple of trailers showcasing off the game’s look, this new one concentrates on the game’s moment-to-moment action with a dash of cinematic glamour. EA Sports FC24 is the first non FIFA game and the new trailer shows off gameplay moments featuring HyperMotionV.

EA Sports FC24 was first revealed in earlier in May, marking a split from FIFA after a partnership that dated back to 1993. Since changing its name, EA has announced a number of license arrangements with teams and leagues (including naming rights to Spain’s LaLiga) and published a new logo.

EA Sports FC24 New Trailer Shows off Exclusive Gameplay Details

The trailer features an all-star cast of international footballers, including Jude Bellingham, Virgil van Dijk, Erling Halaand, Vinicius Jr., and others. Of course, women’s soccer is also displayed as well, with stars like Sam Kerr and Mia Hamm sharing the spotlight.

Apart from the gameplay moments, the all-new EAFC 24 trailer highlights a unique feature that not everyone has embraced – both men and women footballers can be employed in the same Ultimate Team squad.

In addition, new Icon cards for female footballers were displayed. As mentioned earlier, Mia Hamm was seen in the trailer. She was a member of the United States Women’s National Team from 1987 to 2004, appearing in 276 matches and scored 158 goals while helping the USWNT win two World Cups and two Olympic gold medals.

The ability to replicate certain moments from live matches is one of the new features coming to EA Sports FC 24. EA has stated that it will be able to gather direct footage from these matches and then display the more exciting moments as gameplay challenges for players to fulfill.

In terms of returning features, the Champions League, along with the English Premier League and others, will make the transition from FIFA to EA Sports FC 24.
