Samsung India has listed Galaxy AI features like Circle to Search, Live Translate, and more that will come to older Galaxy devices.
The list of supported devices includes the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Fold 5, and Galaxy Z Flip 5.
Samsung has currently listed four Galaxy AI features as coming soon.
Ever since Samsung took the wraps off the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy AI has caught everyone’s attention. Samsung recently confirmed it will bring Galaxy AI to more than 100 million devices by the end of the year. It did not offer details on which older Galaxy device will get which Galaxy AI feature but thanks to an official listing, we finally have some information.
The product comparison page on the Samsung UK website lists Galaxy AI features coming to respective Galaxy smartphones. The listing was first shared by well-known Android researcher and tipster Mishaal Rahman. We found a similar listing on the Samsung India website.
Samsung has listed Circle to Search, Live Translate, Note Assistant, and Photo Assistant as Galaxy AI features that will come soon to older Galaxy devices. These four Galaxy AI features will reach the Galaxy S23, Galaxy 23 Plus, Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 5, and Galaxy Z Flip 5 among supported devices. We know that the Galaxy Tab S9 will also receive these AI features but it is not mentioned on the official website just yet.
Photo Assist seems to have been mistyped as Note Assist for the Galaxy S23.
The website mentions the aforementioned four Galaxy AI features release timeline as “Coming Soon”. We can only hope that the tech giant pushes the necessary software update sooner rather than later. Another thing to note is that even though it currently mentions only four features, it does not mean it is the final list. It may decide to bring more Galaxy AI features to older devices in the future.

Galaxy AI is meant to elevate your user experience and make it easier to accomplish specific tasks and there’s no doubt that it is fun to read about. We were particularly impressed by how many of these Galaxy AI tricks can be pulled off directly on the smartphone.
Each Galaxy AI feature improves your life experience in the way it is intended to. For example, Circle to Search makes it easier to search for anything visible on your phone’s screen (be it a photo or video). Live Translate offers real-time translation and that too for phone calls. Note Assist is there to help you make sense of notes you took down randomly or in a hurry and without much organization.
However, Samsung does not plan on offering all Galaxy AI features free forever. It may ask Galaxy users to pay for some of the AI features after 2025! We will let you know whenever there’s more information on the aforementioned, so, stay tuned.
