The Google Pixel 7a is one of the much-anticipated phones of the year and the company is expected to launch the successor to the Pixel 6a at the Google IO 2023. Google IO will be held on May 10 in the US and the search engine giant is expected to unveil the Google Pixel 7a on the same stage. Ahead of the launch, we have seen numerous leaks and renders of the Pixel 7a in the past.

Google Pixel 7a Images Revealed

As you can see from the images below, the Google Pixel 7a will be available in three colour options White, Grey, and the last one with a shade of Blue (light sky blue). As of today, we are not aware of Google’s official marketing name for these colour options. In terms of design, the device looks strikingly similar to the Pixel 6a. The device sports a dual-rear camera setup along with an LED flash. To the front, the device will feature a centred punch-hole notch.

Further, the image also shows sizeable bezels on all four sides and lastly, the arrangement of the buttons on the side also looks similar to the last gen device. While Google is expected to announce these three colour options of the phone during the event, the availability of these might vary based on region 一 as it was the case with the Pixel 6a. 

Pixel 7a: Expected Specifications

The Pixel 7a is tipped to feature a 64MP Sony IMX787 main camera sensor along with a 12MP ultra-wide camera sensor as well. The new Pixel is said to offer up to 256GB of internal storage, which is an upgrade from the 128GB limit of the last gen. Google is also rumoured to bump up the RAM and launch the phone with 8GB of RAM. In terms of the selfie camera, the device will boat a 10.8MP front camera.

Furthermore, the phone is tipped to feature a 6.1-inch OLED display with a 90Hz screen refresh rate. The device is expected to get a boost in terms of performance as well with the introduction of the new Tensor G2 SoC. The device is also tipped to feature support for 5W wireless charging. The Pixel 7a will run on Android 13 out of the box.
