Honor will be launching the Honor 100 series smartphones in China on November 23. The company confirmed the launch date of the Honor 100 lineup yesterday. The Honor 100 series is likely to include two devices initially such as the Honor 100 and the Honor 100 Pro. Ahead of the official launch, Honor has started revealing key details about these upcoming smartphones. Earlier today, Honor’s executive Yang Yang confirmed via Weibo that the Honor 100 series will offer an SLR level of photography experience.
Honor 100 Series Might Be Powered By Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC
The Honor 100 series is rumoured to feature a 50MP primary camera and a telephoto camera. The smartphones in the Honor 100 lineup are expected to feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoCs. The Honor 100 and the Honor 100 Pro are supposed to feature a 1.5K resolution display. The display panels on both smartphones could have a 3,840Hz pulse width modulation (PWM) dimming support.
Furthermore, the Honor 100 is confirmed to feature a dual-camera setup, while the Honor 100 Pro will boast a triple-camera setup as revealed by a teaser shared by the company yesterday. Both these devices will be offering up to 100W fast charging as confirmed by the 3C certification a couple of days back. The Honor 100 will launch in the White colour option, and the Pro model will be available in the Purple colourway, as confirmed by the teaser. It’s worth noting that more colour options for these devices will be available during the launch.

The Honor 90 and the Honor 90 Pro packs a 5,000mAh battery which supports 90W fast charging, while the 90 Lite model packs a 4,500mAh battery which offers 33W fast charging support.
