HONOR made a re-entry into the Indian market through the HTECH (HONOR TECH) entity with the launch of the HONOR 90 5G smartphone. Madhav Sheth, CEO of HTECH, has been sharing teasers about the launch of the upcoming products from HONOR in India. The CEO recently shared the unboxing video of the HONOR X9b and HONOR Choice Earbuds X5, hinting that the devices will soon debut in India. Sheth also shared the drop-test video of the HONOR X9b smartphone, hinting at the durability of the device. Now Sheth has shared the unboxing video of HONOR Choice Watch, confirming the debut of the smartwatch in India.

The video reveals that HONOR’s smartwatch will come with a square dial. A functional rotating crown can be seen on the right side of the watch. The box includes the user manual, a USB Type A to magnetic pin cable, and the HONOR Choice Watch. The heart rate sensor and other sensors can be seen at the bottom of the device.
HONOR will ship the smartwatch with a silicone strap similar to other smartwatches. The watch has a buckle strap design. The video also divulges that the smartwatch will have an in-built calculator, a weather app, and more.
The upcoming HONOR Choice Watch is expected to be a rebrand of the HONOR Choice Haylou Watch launched in China. The Haylou Watch has a 1.95-inch AMOLED display with a full-view display. The AMOLED panel has a resolution of 410 x 502 pixels and a refresh rate of 60Hz.
The display has a peak brightness of 550 nits, a 100% NTSC colour gamut, a pixel density of 332 PPI, and 16.7 million colour support. The smartwatch also has support for displaying notifications received on the smartphone. The Haylou Watch also sports support for 100 customisable watch faces.
The smartwatch features multiple colour options for straps, which have a unique pin-style buckle and a detachable design. The watch also comes with Bluetooth calling technology and features in-built global satellite positioning (GPS).
The Choice Haylou Watch also brings support for tracking over 120 workout modes. The smartwatch can track heart rate, blood oxygen level, sleep, stress, and female health. The watch also incorporates support for breathing exercises.
The watch has a claimed battery life of up to 12 days in normal usage and up to 9 days in heavy usage mode. The battery backup will decrease to 5 days with the use of the Always-On display feature. The smartwatch also comes with 5ATM water resistance, making it suitable for outdoor activities.
Paras Guglani, a tipster, recently revealed that HONOR might unveil the smartphone on February 8 or 9. The earbuds and smartwatch are also expected to debut at the same event in the country.
