Honor is gearing up to launch the Honor V40 series in China pretty soon. The company might introduce three models in this series including Honor V40, V40 Pro, and V40 Pro+. We have already seen plenty of leaks and rumours about the upcoming series in the past. Now, some new details have surfaced online. A new report has emerged online that reveals the key specifications of the Honor V40 smartphone. The leak reveals that the phone might come with 120Hz display, MediaTek Dimensity chipset, 45W wireless charging support, and more. Honor V40 specifications leaked online
As per a report by MyDrivers, the Honor V40 may feature a 6.72-inch display with an OLED panel and it might come with a 2676 x 1236 pixel resolution. The smartphone may feature a 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate.
The report further states that the Honor V40 handset will be loaded with MediaTek Dimensity 100+ chipset and will come with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. You might also get to see two UFS 2.1 storage options including 128GB and 256GB. Furthermore, one might be able to expand the storage using a microSD card slot.
The MyDrivers also sheds some light on the camera setup of Honor V40. To start with, the phone might come with a quad-camera setup with a combination of a 50MP or 64MP primary sensors. This might be accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 2MP macro shooter, and 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there might be a dual-camera setup with a combination of 32MP primary lens and 16MP secondary shooter.
The Honor V40 might be juiced up by a 4,000mAh battery and might support 65W fast charging solution. It is also reported that the handset may come with 45W wireless charging support. The handset might measures 163.32 x 74.08 x 7.85 mm.
