Huawei is reportedly working on launching a new smartphone, dubbed the Huawei Mate 40 Lite E. The device has recently been spotted on the EEC certification website (alongside a few other Huawei products), which leads us to believe that the launch date must be nearing. Take a look at the EEC certification for the Huawei Mate 40 Lite E smartphone and find out what all devices from the brand have recently been certified.
Huawei Mate 40 Lite E receives EEC certification; launch date imminent
As seen in the EEC certification website image, the Huawei Mate 40 Lite E (with the model number FRL-L21) received the certification earlier this month. The EEC certification confirms the moniker of the device, but fails to tell us anything about its specifications and features. In another interesting turn of events, another two Huawei devices with the same model number have also been certified by the EEC, but its name is mentioned as the Huawei Y9a,l leading us to believe that the Huawei Mate 40 Lite E might launch as the Huawei Y9a or the Huawei P Smart Pro 2021 in some markets.
On top of the Huawei Mate 40 Lite E (or the Huawei Y9a), there are several other products that we have spotted on the EEC certification. Notably, several Huawei/Honor devices with model numbers Honor HJC-LX9C, Honor HCL-NY9, Huawei JSC-LX9A, Honor 10C, Huawei P smart subscriber terminal 2021 (PPA-LX1), and the upcoming Honor Hunter V700 Notebooks(FRD-WFD9, FRD-WDG9) and Honor MagicBook Pro (HLYL-WFQ9) have been spotted on EEC.
For now, there has been no mention of the specifications of any of these devices, but we can expect to hear more about them in the coming days. Whenever we do, we will keep you posted on the same.
