The Indus Game is being developed by Pune-based game studio, SuperGaming. Indus was already listed for pre-registration on the Google Play Store, and the announcement of closed beta hints that the game may soon launch for all users.

Indus Game posted a teaser on Twitter where the company’s CEO Roby John mentions that Indus is already being tested and played by a closed group of gaming content creators. The studio now wants to invite more users to its beta early access, before the actual launch.

Interested users can fill up the Google Form provided by Indus with their details such as email ID, phone model, and mobile number. Users will then be required to join the Discord server of Indus, where they will be notified if they get selected for early access.

As per the Google Form, the closed beta program of the Indus Game will be available for both Android and iOS. Users will have to mention their respective Gmail or Apple ID while filling up the form.

To recall, Indus is one of the first Made-in-India Battle Royale Games. As per trailers released by the company so far, the game will have a futuristic theme and will feature characters based on Indian culture.

The website of the game mentions three characters named Sir Taj, Mor-Ni, and Rana, along with a weapon named R4-FTR. The game also has other modern weapons such as Locust and Vantage, but these small easter eggs with references to Indian themes reflect the indigenous nature of the game.

SuperGaming has not yet revealed the official launch date of the Indus Game. We can expect the game to first arrive on the Android platform, followed by an iOS release. While the company also mentions a PC version of Indus, details about the same are not available at the moment.

Before developing Indus, SuperGaming has made multiple games for Android and iOS devices. These include Battle Stars, MaskGun, Silly Royale, Road Riot, and Tower Conquest. Most of these games offer a multiplayer mode. Hence, the company has experience in developing multiplayer and online games, which is expected to help them during the public rollout of Indus.
