Infinix Hot Series are popular devices in the budget segment. The company launched the Infinix Hot 30 Series in India last year with 50MP primary cameras and a 5000mAh battery.
The Infinix Hot 40 Series has now been spotted on the Google Play Console. As per the listing, the series will have three devices, the Infinix Hot 40, Hot 40 Pro, and the Hot 40i. The devices could soon launch in India by early 2024.
Infinix Hot 40, Hot 40 Pro, Hot 40i Specifications Revealed
The Google Play Console has revealed the detailed specifications of the upcoming three devices in the Infinix Hot 40 Series. The listing reveals the processor details of the phones.
The Infinix Hot 40 will feature the Mediatek MT6769H chipset, which is the Helio G88 processor. This means that the device will only offer 4G connectivity, as the Helio G88 does not support 5G. The listing further reveals that the Infinix Hot 40 will feature an FHD+ display with 2460×1080 resolution. The device will offer 8GB of RAM and will run on Android 13.
The Infinix Hot 40 Pro will be the top model in this lineup. The device will have the Mediatek MT6789V/CD chipset, which refers to the Helio G99. It will be paired with 8GB of RAM. The device will have an FHD+ screen with a 2460×1080 resolution. The Infinix Hot 40 Pro will also miss out on 5G connectivity because of chipset limitations.
The Infinix Hot 40i will be the most affordable device in this series. As per the Google Play Console listing, the device will feature the Unisoc T606 chipset and will offer up to 4GB of RAM. The phone will have a 720p display with a resolution of 1612×720. The Infinix Hot 40i will run on Android 13 out of the box.
As the devices have been listed on the Google Play Console, the Infinix Hot 40 Series could soon launch in India and other global markets. As per previous timelines of the company, the Infinix Hot 40 Series is expected to launch in India by Q2 2024.
