Infinix, the popular smartphone maker has been making laptops for over a year. The company started off with its affordable InBook X1 series and then launched the X2 series laptop. More recently, the company launched its flagship Zero Book Ultra, the Cheapest laptop with an Intel Core i9 processor. Now, the company is gearing up to launch a new affordable laptop in India called the Infinix InBook Y1 Plus.
The Infinix InBook Y1 Plus laptop was teased on Flipkart a few days back now, the e-commerce platform has now confirmed the launch date of the device. The Infinix InBook Y1 Plus laptop will be launched in India on February 20th, which is tomorrow. Ahead of the launch, the brand’s upcoming laptop has been listed on Flipkart already. Let us take a look at the details of the laptop. 
Infinix InBook Y1 Plus: Features and Specifications
The Infinix InBook Y1 Plus laptop has been listed on Flipkart already as you can see from the screenshot above. Based on the Flipkart listing, here is what the new laptop from Infinix will offer.
Starting off with the display, the Infinix InBook Y1 Plus will feature a 15.6-inch Full HD screen with 250 nits peak brightness, 86% sRGB colour space, and narrow bezels. On the inside, the machine is packed with Intel Core i3 10th gen processor. This chipset is backed by 8GB of RAM and comes with 256GB or 512GB NVMe PCle 3.0 SSD storage options, which is expandable up to 2TB.
Under the hood, the laptop will offer a 50Whr battery which is rated to last up to 10 hours on a single charge. It is coupled with a 45W Type-C charger that is capable of charging the laptop up to 75% in one hour. As for the design, the machine comes with an aluminium alloy metal body and weighs 1.76 Kg. The laptop will be available in three colour options 一 Grey, Blue, and Silver.
As for the port options, you get 2 x USB 3.0, one HDMI, and a Type-C port. Other key features of the laptop include Windows 11 operating system, a backlit keyboard, a 2MP webcam with dual LED lights, a dual mic and an AI noise reduction feature.
In terms of pricing, the 256GB variant of the InBook Y1 Plus is listed for Rs 44,490 and the 512GB variant is priced at Rs 49,490. However, these could be a placeholder as the company has already confirmed that the device will be priced under Rs 30,000.
