iQOO unveiled the iQOO Z7 5G smartphone in India back in March. The iQOO Z7 5G India variant features a 6.38-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, Dimensity 920 SoC, 64MP dual-camera setup, and a 4,500mAh battery. Now, after the successful launch of the iQOO Z7 5G, it looks like the company will soon introduce the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G in India. The reason for this is that iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya has teased the launch of the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G for the Indian market. The teaser image shared by the CEO also reveals the front design of the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G.
iQOO Z7 Pro 5G Will Feature a Curved Display
The teaser discloses that the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G will feature a curved display. The display panel will have a punch-hole cutout at the centre which will accommodate the selfie camera. To recall, the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G was spotted at Geekbench a couple of weeks back. The Geekbench listing revealed that the device will be featuring an octa-core Snapdragon 782G SoC. Furthermore, the Geekbench test result also disclosed that the smartphone will pack up to 12GB of RAM. On the software front, we can expect the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G to boot Android 13 out of the box with Funtouch OS 13 skin on top.
Currently, the other specifications of the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G remain unknown. Additionally, the launch date of the device for the Indian market is yet to be revealed. However, now that the teaser image is revealed, we can expect the handset to launch in India by next month.

As mentioned above, the company launched the iQOO Z7 5G in India back in March. Compared to the iQOO Z7 5G China variant, the Z7 5G India model offers different specifications. The iQOO Z7 5G India variant sports a 6.38-inch display that has a Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Dimensity 920 processor which is accompanied by 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device features a dual-camera setup consisting of a 64MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary lens. On the front side, the handset boasts a 16MP camera.
The other key specifications that the Z7 5G offers include 44W fast charging support, a 4,500mAh battery, an in-display fingerprint sensor, 8GB Virtual RAM support, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The handset costs Rs 18,999 in India and it comes in Norway Blue and Pacific Night colours.
