Infinix recently unveiled the Infinix Note 40 Pro and Infinix Note 40 Pro+ smartphones. Now, the company appears to be gearing up to launch yet another Note 40 series handset – the Infinix Note 40S. Ahead of the debut, the Infinix Note 40S has been spotted on the Indonesia Telecom and NBTC certification websites. Take a look at the details.

The Infinix Note 40S Indonesia Telecom and NBTC certification listings reveal its model number, which is X6850B. These listings haven’t revealed anything about the upcoming Note 40 series handset. However, the appearance of the handset on multiple certification websites hints towards its possible imminent launch.

Earlier, the Note 40S appeared on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) certifications. As per FCC listing, the Note 40S will come in a 12GB+256GB configuration variant. The listing also revealed the phone will support connectivity options like Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, Glonass, BDS, and Galileo.

The Infinix Note 40S might be an LTE-only device. As of now, the Note 40 and Note 40 Pro are the LTE-only smartphones under the Note 40 series. For those unaware, the Note 40 and Note 40 Pro are powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate processor.
