iQOO Neo 9 Pro Gets 3C Certified With 120W Fast Charging Support, Design Teased Officially Ahead of Launch in December

iQOO, earlier this month, launched the iQOO 12 series in its domestic market. The brand is now gearing up to introduce the iQOO Neo 9 series in China. The Neo 9 series will consist of two models – the iQOO Neo 9 and the iQOO Neo 9 Pro. iQOO has confirmed that it will launch the Neo 9 series next month, i.e., December in the Chinese market.

Ahead of the launch, MySmartPrice has spotted the upcoming iQOO Neo 9 Pro on China’s 3C certification website. The iQOO Neo 9 series will arrive as a successor to the Neo 8 series which debuted back in May in China.

iQOO hasn’t revealed the iQOO Neo 9 series China date yet but the brand has shared the first launch teaser which confirms that design of the iQOO Neo 9 series. Let us take a closer look at the details.

iQOO Neo 9

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro made an appearance on the 3C certification website with the model number V2339A. The listing reveals that the chargers with the model numbers V12060L0A0-CN and V12060L1A0-CN. Both these chargers are capable of delivering up to 120W output. This suggests that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro will feature support for 120W fast charging, similar to its predecessor.

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro’s chargers, as per the listing, can deliver output at 15W (5V/3A), 18W (9V/2A), 66W (11V/6A), and 120W (20V/6A). These chargers also support 15W (5V/3A), 27W (9V/3A), 36W (12W/3A), 45W (15V/3A), and 100W (20V-5A) outputs through USB Power Delivery. Also, up to 100W (5-20V/5A) output is also supported through PPS protocol.

The teasers shared by iQOO reveals the iQOO Neo 9 series smartphone in a red colour variant. The handset will feature a dual-tone colour finish and will have a white coloured vertical strip on the rear panel. The smartphone will have a dual-rear camera setup. It appears to have a plastic frame.

The iQOO Neo 9 is expected to sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 under the hood. Whereas, the Pro model is rumoured to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC.
