Manoranjan, also known as Rules Ranjann (Kiran Abbavaram), is an upright person who relocates to Mumbai in order to work for a software firm. There, he runs upon Sana (Neha Shetty), a former classmate, and he secretly develops emotions for her. He goes back to his village to tell her he loves her and is determined to marry her. What obstacles did Ranjann encounter on his quest to fulfil his dream? Did he succeed in doing so? The movie answers all these questions.

Viva Harsha, Goparaju Ramana, Makarand Deshpande, Meher Chahal, Neha Shetty, Kiran Abbavaram, and Hyper Aadi are among the important actors who appear in the film. Rathinam Krishna wrote the screenplay and directed the film. The whole soundtrack and background score for the movie were composed by Amresh Ganesh. Under the Sai Surya Movies banner, in collaboration with Star Light Entertainment, AM Rathnam produced the film. For this film, Dilip Kumar MS has handled the camera.
