Lava, just yesterday, launched the Lava Yuva 3 Pro smartphone in the Indian market. Right after the launch, the brand has now started posting teasers about the launch of yet another smartphone. Lava took it to social media channels to share multiple teasers for the upcoming launch. A micro-site has also gone live on Lava website for the upcoming smartphone.
Tipster Abhishek Yadav claims that the upcoming Lava smartphone will be the Lava Storm 5G. The tipster further claims that the Lava Storm 5G will likely be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC. The Dimensity 6100+ features an octa-core processor that consists of 2 × Cortex-A76 performance cores (clocked at 2.2GHz) and 6 × Cortex A55 efficiency cores (clocked at 2.0GHz). This is the same processor that powers the Realme C67 5G and the Redmi 13C 5G.
Ahead of the launch, Lava Storm 5G micro-site has gone live on e-commerce platform – Amazon which reveals glimpse of the device’s back panel. As per the teaser image on Amazon, the upcoming Lava Storm 5G could offer a dual or a triple-rear camera setup.
The back panel of the device seem to have three circular modules, one of which could house an LED flash. We can expect Lava to reveal about the handset via the teasers in the coming days.
