Lava has announced the launch date of the Lava Yuva 3 Pro smartphone in India through a new post in X (formerly Twitter). Lava revealed the complete design of the device through the teaser video shared on its official account. The upcoming Yuva 3 Pro smartphone is a successor to the Luva Yuva 2 Pro smartphone launched in February 2023.

Meanwhile, Paras Guglani, a tipster on X (formerly Twitter), has shared the complete specifications of the upcoming smartphone ahead of its debut. The tipster confirms that the forthcoming device will offer 4G connectivity similar to its predecessor. Paras also reveals the price range of the upcoming budget smartphone from Lava.

Lava Yuva 3 Pro Launch Date and Design

The post shared by Lava reveals that the company will debut the Lava Yuva 3 Pro smartphone in India on December 14. The teaser video shared by the brand confirms the debut of the device in a Gold colour option.

The device will feature a dual rear camera setup with an LED flash integrated into the camera island. Lava’s branding can be seen in vertical text on the bottom left side of the device. The power button and volume rockers can be seen on the right side of the device.

Lava Yuva 3 Pro Leaked Specifications and Price Range

Paras Guglani revealed that Lava will price the smartphone either at Rs 10,999 or below for the base variant. The device will sport a 6.5-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution. The display will have a refresh rate of 90Hz and a punch hole to house the selfie camera. Under the hood, the device will sport a UNISOC T616 chipset, built on a 12nm process.

The chipset has been used by various brands, including Lava, with their budget smartphones. The chipset features two Cortex A75 cores at 2.0GHz, six Cortex A55 cores at 1.8GHz, and Mali G57 MP1 GPU. The chipset will pair with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Lava will equip the device with support for virtual RAM extension up to 8GB.

The document reveals that the upcoming Yuva 3 Pro has scored over 2,80,000 points on the AnTuTu V10 benchmark website. The forthcoming budget smartphone from Lava will run on Android 13 out of the box. The dual rear camera setup will comprise a 13MP primary sensor with autofocus and video recording capability of 1080p@30fps.

Lava is likely to equip the device with a secondary VGA or a depth sensor. The punch hole in the display will house the 8MP snapper with video recording capability similar to that of the rear camera. Lava Yuva 3 Pro will be backed by a large 5000mAh battery with support for 18W fast wired charging.

The device will be charged using a USB type C 2.0 port, which is present on the bottom, along with the speaker grille. Lava will equip the smartphone with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and support face unlock. The company will also ship the smartphone with a TPU case inside the box.
