The Middleton is being marketed as a heavy and durable portable speaker with a loud sound. At 1.8 kg, Marshall Middleton is the heaviest portable speaker from the British brand. The speaker comes with a durable IP67 dust- and water-resistant build. According to Marshall, the speaker has been made using 55% post-consumer recycled plastic from used electronics, water bottles, and automotive light covers. Its build is also 100% PVC-free, which makes it a sustainable product.
As for the audio, Marshall Middleton is built for loudness with a dynamic driver setup comprising two 3-inch 15W woofers, two 3/5-inch 10W tweeters, and two passive radiators. The speaker also flaunts True Stereophonic audio technology, a unique multi-directional stereo sound from Marshall designed for an immersive audio output.
Another powerful audio feature on offer is the Stack Mode, which lets users connect multiple Marshall Middletons simultaneously.
