Xiaomi is gearing up for the Redmi Note 11 series launch in India. The company will launch the Note 11S and Note 11 on February 9 in India. It looks like the company is not yet done with its Redmi 10 series lineup. Xiaomi might unveil a 2022 variant of the Redmi 10 soon in India and other markets.

The Redmi 10 2022 is listed on Geekbench ahead of its official launch. As of now, there is no word on the launch date. While we wait for the launch date details, let’s take a look at the Redmi 10 2022 specifications, features, and other known details.

Redmi 10 (2022) could be the new budget smartphone from the company that might launch sometime later this year in India and other markets. The device is now listed on Geekbench with the model number 21121119VL. The listing confirms some of the key performance unit details of the upcoming Redmi smartphone. According to the listing, the device has a MediaTek MT6769H processor, which is likely the Helio G88 SoC.

The processor has a peak clock speed of 2.0GHz and comes with six slower cores clocked at 1.8GHz. The variant listed on Geekbench has 4GB of RAM. We can expect Xiaomi to announce more RAM and storage options for the device in various markets.

The Redmi 10 2022 variant runs Android 11 out of the box. It could run with MIUI 12.5 on top of Android. That being said, Xiaomi is launching phones with Android 11-based MIUI 13 on top. It could be possible that the phone comes with the new MIUI update out of the box upon its launch. Lastly, the Geekbench listing revealed that the phone scored 367 and 1253 in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests.

The Redmi smartphone was previously spotted on the EU Compliance certification website. It revealed the phone will pack a 4900 mAh battery. Xiaomi is likely to market the total capacity as 5000 mAh. It will pack a 22.5W fast charging adapter. The phone could support 18W fast charging though. Other details remain unknown. We will share more information as and when available.
