Telugu superstar Naga Chaitanya is all set to make his online debut. The first Telugu original by Amazon Prime Video, “Dhootha,” is a supernatural horror movie that will mark Naga Chaitanya’s OTT debut. A few months ago, the actor used social media to declare that he was in the series. On December 1, the suspense drama will make its world premiere exclusively on Prime Video in India and over 240 other countries and territories. Fans and viewers alike were thrilled to see Naga Chaitanya and Vikram Kumar team up for an online series. But even though the filming was finished a long time ago, the streaming behemoth Amazon Prime Video was slow to reveal the release date. Ultimately, the online series will debut on December 1st on Prime Video.

According to a press release, Chaitanya, the actor of Telugu successes like Ye Maaya Chesave, 100% Love, and Premam, will play Sagar, an aspirational and accomplished journalist, in the eight-episode series. According to the official story, he finds himself immersed in otherworldly events that are at the center of numerous unexplained and horrific deaths and are now impacting his family.
