Nokia 9 PureView Specifications

The major highlight feature of the Nokia 9 PureView is its rear camera setup. The smartphone has a total of six cameras on the back. The Nokia 9 PureView is advertised and is known among most people to have a Penta-camera setup at the back, but that’s not right; the device actually has six cameras. Anyway, among those six cameras, five are 12-megapixel camera sensors, while the sixth is a 3D ToF camera. And in those five 12-megapixel camera sensors, two collect RGB data, and the other three collect monochrome data. According to Nokia, all six cameras work simultaneously, to produce the final image. As the device is able to collect a lot of data, courtesy of its six cameras, the Nokia 9 PureView is known to offer an excellent image quality. For selfies, the device has a 20MP front-facing camera.

The Nokia 9 PureView has a 5.99-inch P-OLED display with QHD+ resolution. The display comes with HDR 10 capability, and it has Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The display has minimal bezels around it, but the bezels are not quite as thin as you see on most other smartphones nowadays. And the main reason behind that is that the display does not have a notch.

Moving on the processing hardware of the device, the Nokia 9 PureView is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset. Internationally, the device comes in only one configuration – 6GB RAM + 128GB of storage. The smartphone runs on Android 9 Pie operating system. And like every other Nokia smartphone nowadays, the Nokia 9 PureView is an Android One smartphone.

The Nokia 9 PureView packs a 3320mAh battery with 18W fast charging. The device has IP67 certification for water and dust resistance. In terms of connectivity, the Nokia 9 PureView has a dual-SIM option with dual-4G and dual-VoLTE, USB 3.1 Type-C port, Bluetooth v5.0, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, GPS, and NFC. The device also packs an in-display fingerprint scanner.
