Nothing Ear (Stick): Features and Specifications
The highlight of the Ear (Stick) is its cylindrical-shaped charging case which is transparent like the Ear(1). All you have to do is rotate the outer lid of the case and the buds will be open to pick.
The Ear (Stick) have a half-in-ear style design, which is quite different from the in-ear style of the Ear (1). This design sits less intrusively in the ear canal for a comfortable fit. The weight of each bud is 4.4 grams. They come with a 12.6 mm dynamic driver setup with support for AAC and SBC codes. The Bass Lock feature prevents sound leakage from the earbuds.
It has three mics that are capable of filtering out louder background noise. However, do note that these do not have Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) support.
It packs a 350mAh battery unit inside. Nothing claims that these buds can last up to 7 hours of listening time and up to 29 hours with the included charging case. They also support quick charging which means that with 10 minutes of charge, you will get up to 9 hours of battery life. Charging on these buds happens via a Type-C charging port and there is no support for wireless charging.
As for the controls, the Nothing Ear (Stick) offers tap and press and hold controls on both the buds. Other features include Bluetooth 5.2, IP54 rating, in-ear detection, Google Fast Pair, Microsoft Swift Pair, Nothing X app, Customise EQ and gestures, and Low lag mode with the Phone(1).
Nothing is offering a year warranty on the Ear (Stick) however that covers only manufacturing defects and not any physical defects on the product.
