OnePlus is prepping for the launch of the OnePlus 11 successor in the form of the OnePlus 12. The renders of the upcoming OnePlus 12 smartphone were leaked recently. The leaked renders suggest that the OnePlus 12 will be featuring a square-shaped camera module consisting of a triple-camera setup. The front of the handset is also supposed to include a punch-hole cutout which will accommodate the selfie camera. While the official launch date of the device is yet to be revealed, we now have the launch timeline details of the OnePlus 12 coming in courtesy of tipster Max Jambor.
OnePlus 12 Might Launch In Global Market Next Year
As per the information shared by Max Jambor via Twitter, the flagship OnePlus 12 smartphone will launch in China in December. Considering that the device is expected to make its debut in China in December, we can expect the smartphone to launch in the global market as early as next year. To recall, the Chinese smartphone maker launched the OnePlus 12 predecessor, the OnePlus 11 in China in January. The device was introduced in the international market in February.
Moving on to the specifications of the OnePlus 12, it is rumoured to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the smartphone under the hood there could be Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC which is expected to be announced at Qualcomm summit in October. The recent leak also suggests that the smartphone will pack a 5,000mAh battery which could support up to 100W fast charging.

As for the imaging purpose, the handset is tipped to feature a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 64MP OmniVision sensor with a periscope lens. The smartphone might feature a 32MP selfie camera, up to 16GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage.
