OnePlus is gearing up for the launch of its new Nord smartphone in India. The Nord 2 will officially launch in India on July 22. OnePlus has already started creating a buzz around the device’s best features. The upcoming OnePlus smartphone will feature a Dimensity 1200 AI SoC under the hood. It will also feature a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Other specs of the device have leaked yet again. OnePlus Nord 2 specs leaked
OnePlus Nord 2 launches in India on July 22. Ahead of the official launch, the specifications of the upcoming OnePlus phone have leaked online. OnePlus has already confirmed that Nord’s successor will have a 6.43-inch AMOLED display. It will come with a 90Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ certification. Tipster Yogesh has shared more details about the device. The tipster claims that the Nord 2 will have a Full HD+ display with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It will also come with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
OnePlus has previously confirmed that the upcoming mid-range device will come with a Dimensity 1200 AI SoC. The phone is likely to come with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Tipster Yogesh claims that the phone will pack a 4,500 mAh battery. He further claims that the Nord 2 will support Warp Charge 65, unlike previous rumours that stated support for 30W fast charging.
In terms of optics, the Nord 2 will sport a triple-camera setup. It will have a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) support. The same sensor can be found on flagship smartphones like the OPPO Find X3 Pro and the OnePlus 9 series.
Yogesh further reveals that the Nord 2’s camera module will feature an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP tertiary sensor. For selfies, the device will have a 32MP Sony IMX616 front camera.
