- Oppo Pad Neo will be the company’s fourth Android tablet.
- The Oppo Pad Neo could be an affordable tablet in Oppo’s portfolio.
- It might be a rebranded OnePlus Pad Go.
Oppo, earlier this year, launched the Oppo Pad 2 tablet in the Chinese market. The company now appears to be working on a new Android tablet – Oppo Pad Neo as we have spotted the Oppo Pad Neo with the model number OPD2303 on Thailand’s NBTC certification website.
The Oppo Pad Neo will be the company’s fourth tablet under the Oppo Pad lineup. To those unaware, the Chinese smartphone giant has, so far, launched the Oppo Pad, Oppo Pad Air, and Oppo Pad 2 in the last couple of years. As the name suggests, the Oppo Pad Neo might be an affordable tablet under Oppo’s tablet portfolio.
Let us take a closer look at the details.
The upcoming Oppo tablet made an appearance on Thailand’s NBTC certification website. The listing reveals the moniker, that is Oppo Pad Neo, and the model number, that is OPD2303. Apart from it, the Oppo Pad Neo NBTC certification listing doesn’t reveal anything. It is not clear if the Oppo Pad Neo will be successor of last year’s Oppo Pad Air or Oppo will have three different series under its tablet portfolio.
The Oppo Pad Neo has the model number OPD2303 which is very similar to upcoming OnePlus Pad Go‘s model number. To those unaware, a tipster recently claimed that the OnePlus Pad Go has the model number OPD2304 and OPD2305. This suggests that the Oppo Pad Neo and the OnePlus Pad Go will be rebadged versions of each other.
This shouldn’t come as a surprise since the OnePlus Pad and the Oppo Pad 2 are also rebranded versions of each other. We can expect to learn more about the Oppo Pad Neo as it appears on other certification websites in the coming days/weeks.
