POCO recently debuted the POCO C65 smartphone in the global market. Keep in mind that Xiaomi has rebranded the 4G variant of the Redmi 13C smartphone under the POCO C65 moniker for specific international markets. Now 91Mobiles has exclusively revealed the launch timeline and design of the upcoming POCO C65 in India. The report also reveals the colour options of the smartphone ahead of its India debut.

It should be noted that Xiaomi has scheduled the launch of Redmi 13C 4G and Redmi 13C 5G smartphones in India on December 6. Xiaomi confirmed that the Redmi 13C 5G will sport MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset, and the phone is being introduced in the Indian market first.

POCO C65 India Variant: What the Leak Reveals

91Mobiles has reported that POCO will launch the C65 smartphone with specifications similar to the global variant. 91Mobiles has obtained marketing material for the forthcoming POCO smartphone, citing its industry sources. The marking material reveals that POCO will launch the smartphone in a Purple colour option. Meanwhile, Xiaomi is launching the 4G variant of the Redmi 13C smartphone with a different chipset in India as compared to the international variants.

The forthcoming C65 smartphone is also tipped to debut in other colour options in India. The image reveals a design similar to the global variant with large dual individual camera rings and LED flash. POCO’s branding can be seen on the right side of the rear cameras.

The phone has rounded corners and a boxy body. The picture also confirms that the device sports a 50MP primary camera with AI capabilities.

The report also reveals that POCO will soon launch the smartphone in India, though an exact date is not mentioned. POCO might debut the smartphone in December in India, and is expected to be the last device for the year 2023.

To recall, POCO launched the smartphone in the international markets at USD 129 (approx. Rs 10,800) for the base variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. POCO is likely to debut the smartphone in a lower RAM variant with 128GB storage in India.
