Realme is gearing up for the launch of its next generation of number series smartphones. The company has confirmed to launch the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G alongside the Realme 10 Pro 5G at its event on December 8 in India. Both Realme 10 Pro series phones have been officially launched in China. The devices will be launched in the next two weeks in India. Realme has started dropping new teasers to hype up the launch. The latest teaser hints at possibly the most important announcement of the Realme 10 Pro series.
Realme VP Madhav Sheth has officially teased the pricing details of the 10 Pro+ 5G ahead of its launch. Sheth took to Twitter to confirm that the 10 Pro+ 5G price in India will be under Rs 25,000. It is unknown if the pricing details teased ahead of the launch are inclusive of the bank offers and other discounts that could be announced at the event on December 8.
Sheth’s meme tweet also highlights one of the key features of the upcoming mid-range smartphone from Realme. The phone will sport a curved display, which has been alien to the price segment of under Rs 25,000. Most phones priced at around Rs 50,000 or above usually sport a curved display to offer an immersive viewing experience while giving the phone a premium look.
The Realme 10 Pro+ 5G price in China starts at CNY 1699 for the base 8GB + 128GB storage option, which is roughly Rs 19,400. It also comes with 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB storage options, which are priced at CNY 1999 (roughly Rs 22,900) and CNY 2299 (roughly Rs 26,300).
In comparison, the Realme 9 Pro+ 5G price in India for the base 6GB + 128GB option is set at Rs 24,999, whereas the 8GB + 128GB model is priced at Rs 26,999. The 8GB + 256GB storage options can be bought for Rs 28,999.

The 10 Pro+ 5G’s USP is its display. The 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display is curved and comes with minimal bezels at the top and bottom. The phone also packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging out of the box. Despite the beefy battery, the phone is fairly light at 173 grams. This could also be due to the use of polycarbonate materials on the back and sides of the phone.
There is no 3.5mm headphone jack but the phone comes with a USB Type-C port, dual speakers and an X-axis haptic motor. It runs on the latest Android 13 update out of the box and has a layer of Realme UI 4.0 on top.
