Realme 11 Pro+ To Feature 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP3 Sensor, Company Confirms Ahead of May 10 Launch

Realme 11 Pro+ is all set to launch in China next week. The company has scheduled the launch of Realme 11 series phones in its home country on May 10. Ahead of the launch, Realme has confirmed some of the camera details of the Realme 11 Pro+ device.

The upcoming top-of-the-line smartphone in the Realme 11 series will feature Samsung’s 200 MP ISOCELL HP3 sensor. This sensor was announced in June last year, and this can operate as a 1.12㎛ or 2.24㎛ sized pixel sensor, allowing phones to capture more details even under low-light conditions. But, first, let’s take a look at the camera details of the phone.

Realme 11 Pro+ 200MP Camera Confirmed

Ahead of the launch, Realme confirmed on Weibo that the upcoming mid-ranger would come with Samsung’s 200MP HP3 single-lens zoom camera lens. The post on the social media platform also confirms the device features up to 4x lossless zoom with this lens and up to 20x moon mode zoom, which could be hybrid zoom or digital zoom. In addition to that, the device is also expected to pack in support for optical image stabilization.

The ISOCELL HP3 uses 4-to-1 binning, which adds up to 1.12μm pixels for 50MP images, and it also supports 16-to-1 binning (2.24μm pixels) and 12.5 MP photos. The sensor is also capable of shooting 8K videos at 30 fps and 4K at 120 fps, it will be interesting to see if Realme will incorporate the same.

As for the rest of the specifications, based on the previous leaks, the Realme 11 Pro+ 5G is likely to be powered by Dimensity 7050 SoC. This SoC will come with two Arm Cortex-A78 performance cores clocked at 2.6GHz and six efficiency cores clocked at 2.0GHz. The CPU is paired with a Mali-G68 MC4. In addition, the phone is tipped to feature up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The 200MP snapper will likely come with an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro sensor on the back.

Other expected features include a 120Hz curved AMOLED display, a 5,000mAh battery, 67W fast charging, and a 16MP selfie snapper.
