Realme is gearing up to launch its new number series smartphone in China later this week. The company will launch the Realme 11 Pro+ 5G as its first smartphone in the Realme 11 series on May 10 in China. Ahead of the official launch, Realme has been teasing the specifications and features of the upcoming upper mid-range smartphone. The company has already revealed the design of the 11 Pro+ 5G. Furthermore, a few days before the debut, Realme confirmed the battery specs and fast charging details of the 11 Pro+ 5G.

The device will be slightly heavier than the outgoing model as well. But first, let’s take a look at the Realme 11 Pro+ 5G specifications, features and other details known so far.

Realme 11 Pro+ 5G Will Be the Fastest Charging Number Series Phone

Realme 11 Pro+ 5G is set to launch on May 10 in China. Ahead of its launch, the company has confirmed the phone’s battery specs. Realme confirmed that the 11 Pro+ 5G will pack a 5000mAh battery under the hood. The battery capacity is the same as the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G, launched last year in India.

The 11 Pro+ 5G is set to get upgraded fast charging tech. Realme revealed that the phone will offer 100W fast charging support out of the box. This is higher than the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G, which came with 67W fast charging support. Unfortunately, Realme did not reveal the claimed charging time details of the 11 Pro+ 5G. However, considering the 10 Pro+ 5G was claimed to charge from 1-100 per cent in 17 minutes, we can expect the 11 Pro+ 5G to charge faster with the upgraded charging tech. Realme also revealed that the phone will weigh about 183 grams.

Previously, Realme revealed that the device will sport a triple-camera setup on the back. There is a massive circular camera module on the back for the three sensors and an LED flash. The 11 Pro+ will feature a 200MP primary camera sensor with support for optical image stabilisation. In addition, it is confirmed to feature a Samsung ISOCELL HM3 sensor.

On the front, there will be a curved AMOLED display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The display will sport a hole-punch cutout at the top centre for the front camera. It will have a 61-degree curvature, the same as the outgoing model. As per rumours, the 11 Pro+ 5G will feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with an in-display fingerprint scanner.

The phone was also spotted on Geekbench with a Dimensity 7050 SoC, which will be a rebadged Dimensity 1080 SoC. It will offer up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The phone will also run Android 13 out of the box and have a layer of Realme UI 4.0 on top.
