Realme C53 Clears NBTC Certification; Could Debut Soon with 5000mAH Battery and 33W Charging

Realme, last month, introduced a new smartphone to its entry-level C-series – the Realme C55. It appears that the company will soon be introducing yet another C-series smartphone – the Realme C53. A new report by Pricebaba reveals that the Realme C53 with the model number RMX3760 has cleared Thailand’s NBTC certification.

This isn’t the first time that the RMX3760 has been spotted on a certification website. However, this is the first time when a certification listing has confirmed that it will launch as the Realme C53. To those unaware, the Realme RMX3760 was spotted on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) database last week. Let us take a closer look at the details.

The upcoming Realme RMX3760 has acquired NBTC certification. The listing confirms that the Realme RMX3760 will launch as the Realme C53. Earlier, a few reports speculated that the Realme RMX might launch under the Realme 11 series. However, the latest certification listing clears the air around the moniker but the listing doesn’t reveal anything in terms of specifications.

The Realme C53 with model number RMX3760 has already been certified in the US, Europe, and Indonesia. The FCC listing for the device has already confirmed the presence of a 5000mAh battery unit under the hood. As per the certification listing, the upcoming Realme smartphone will be equipped with 33W SuperVOOC fast charging support, similar to its elder sibling – Realme C55.

The upcoming Realme C53, as per FCC filing, will come pre-loaded with Android 13. However, as usual, there would be Realme UI 4.0 skin on top. Also, FCC documents revealed that the Realme C53 will be a 4G only device. No surprises there since Realme hasn’t yet unveiled a 5G-enabled smartphone undee the C-series.

The Realme C55 is backed by a 5000mAh battery unit and 33W SuperVOOC fast charging support. It packs a dual-rear camera setup that includes a 64MP primary shooter and a 2MP depth sensor. The handset offers an 8MP front shooter. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a Type-C charging port.
