Xiaomi introduced its entry-level A-series handset – the Redmi A2 in the Indian market in May this year. The company, so far, sold the Redmi A2 exclusively via Amazon, in addition to its own Mi.com platform. Now, months after the launch, the Redmi A2 is now also available for purchase via Flipkart in the country.

Redmi A2 is an entry-level smartphone that is powered by a MediaTek Helio G36 processor. The handset flaunts an LCD display with 400nits brightness and HD+ resolution.

Is Redmi A2 worth buying in 2024?

Redmi appears to be prepping up to launch a new A-series handset – the Redmi A3. The Redmi A3 with the model number 23129RN51X was recently spotted on the NBTC certification website. So, we can expect Redmi A3 to go official in the coming weeks.
