Xiaomi, a few months ago, launched the Redmi Buds 4 and the Redmi Buds 4 Pro in the global markets. The company seems to have at least one more product under the Buds 4 lineup – the Redmi Buds 4 Lite. We have now spotted the upcoming Redmi Buds 4 Lite with model number M2231E1 on the Bluetooth Special Interest Group certification.

Alongside, we have also spotted the upcoming Redmi Buds on IMDA, TDRA, SDPPI, and FCC certifications. The appearance on multiple certifications does hint at an imminent launch. To recall, the design renders of the upcoming Redmi Buds 4 Lite were leaked on the web last month which revealed that the Buds 4 Lite will look very much like the Apple AirPods 3. Let us take a closer look at the details.

The Redmi Buds 4 Lite Bluetooth SIG listing confirms that it will rely on Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. The FCC certification listing for the Redmi Buds 4 Lite confirms the battery capacity of the earbuds as well the case. The Redmi Buds 4 Lite earbuds will be equipped with 35mAh battery units and the charging case will pack a 320mAh battery unit under the hood.

The FCC listing further reveals that the Redmi Buds 4 Lite will make use of a Type-C charging port. Apart from it, these listings do not reveal anything in terms of specifications. However, the previously leaked design renders revealed that the upcoming Redmi Buds will feature a semi-in-ear design and look very much like the Apple AirPods 3.

As of now, only this much is known in terms of the specifications, features, and design. However, we can expect it to launch soon since the Buds 4 Lite has cleared multiple certifications.
