Xiaomi confirms the launch of Redmi Note 13 Pro in India.
It will be the first global device to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset.
The device will also feature a 200MP primary rear camera.
Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its Redmi Note 13 Series in India. The company recently started teasing the Redmi Note 13 and the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ in the country, highlighting the features of its upcoming phones.
Xiaomi has now confirmed that the company will also launch the Redmi Note 13 Pro in India, which sits in between the other two models of the Note 13 Series. The company will launch the device in India on January 4, 2024.

Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G Microsite Goes Live on Flipkart
The Redmi Note 13 Pro is the first device globally to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset. Xiaomi confirms that the Indian variant will also feature 5G connectivity.
Flipkart has also confirmed the availability of the Redmi Note 13 Pro through a microsite. The e-commerce portal is also teasing some camera samples shot with the device.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro will feature triple rear cameras. If we look at the specifications of the China variant, the device was launched with a 200MP primary camera with OIS, along with an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro shooter. It also featured a 16MP selfie camera.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro is expected to launch in India with the same specifications and remain unchanged from its China variant. The device shall get a 5100mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging. The phone is also expected to feature 8GB of RAM as default, with higher variants offering up to 16GB of RAM.
The Redmi Note 13 Series is seen as the biggest upgrade in its midrange lineup. The top-end variant Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will get a curved screen for the first time on a Redmi Note device. The Redmi Note 13 Pro on the other hand will get a flat display with a 1.5K resolution.
We can expect the Redmi Note 13 Pro pricing to start at around Rs 20,000 in India.
