The company took it to social media channels to announce that the Redmi Note 13 5G will launch on January 4 in India. To those unaware, the Redmi Note 13 5G series consists of three handsets – Note 13 5G, Note 13 Pro 5G, and Note 13 Pro+ 5G. Let us take a closer look at the details.
Xiaomi hasn’t revealed if all three Redmi Note 13 5G series handsets will make it to Indian market on January 4. However, since the brand is saying Redmi Note 13 5G series, we can expect multiple Note 13 series handsets to launch on January 4. To those unaware, the Redmi Note 13 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 processor and up to 12GB of RAM.
The Note 13 5G features a 120Hz AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, 1000 nits peak brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The handset offers a dual-rear camera setup consisting of a 100MP primary shooter and a 2MP depth sensor. It packs a 16MP selfie camera. The handset comes equipped with a 5000mAh battery unit and 33W fast charging support.
The Note 13 Pro 5G, on the other hand, is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor and a 5000mAh battery unit. The handset offers a 120Hz AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 1800 nits peak brightness, Dolby Vision, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The handset is equipped with a triple-rear camera setup including a 200MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, and 2MP macro shooter. It features 16MP selfie camera and offers 67W fast charging support.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G makes use of a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra SoC under the hood. The display on the top of the line Note 13 processor is same as the Note 13 Pro 5G. The handset packs a triple-rear camera setup including a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP3 camera with OIS, 8MP Sony IMX355 sensor with ultra-wide angle functionality, 2MP macro camera, and LED flash. The handset is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and 120W fast charging support.
The Redmi Note 13 5G series might start around a price point of Rs 15,000 in the Indian market. We can expect Xiaomi to drop teasers ahead of January 4 launch in the coming days.
