Samsung is all set to launch two new Galaxy J-series smartphones in India later this month – Galaxy J4 Plus and Galaxy J6 Plus. As clearly suggested by its name, the Galaxy J4 Plus will be a slightly upgraded variant of the Galaxy J4, which was announced in May this year. However, a possible Android Go Galaxy J4 variant has now been certified by the FCC, which is expected to hit the market as the Galaxy J4 Core.

Samsung Galaxy J4 Core: FCC Certification Granted

The Galaxy J4 Core has been listed on the FCC website with FCC label A3LSMJ410G and model number SM-J410G. A second variant with the FCC label A3LSMJ410F and model number SM-J410F has also been spotted on the FCC website. For reference, the Galaxy J4 carries the model number SM-J400 and the upcoming Galaxy J4 Plus carries the SM-J415 model number. Going by the Galaxy J4 Core moniker, it looks like the smartphone will be running on the Android Go Edition, similar to the Galaxy J2 Core. The Galaxy J2 Core, as many of you might be aware, is Samsung’s first Android Go smartphone.
