Samsung is reportedly working on launching a new entry-level smartphone, which could very well be dubbed the Samsung Galaxy M02. We have today spotted the alleged Samsung Galaxy M02 smartphone on the NEMKO AS certification database, which thereby hints at an imminent launch. Judging by Samsung’s previous track record, the Samsung Galaxy M02 could very well be a rebranded Samsung Galaxy A02. Take a look at the Samsung Galaxy M02 smartphone and find out what it has in store for us.

As seen in the NEMKO AS certification image, the Samsung Galaxy M02 (with the model number SM-M025F/DS) has recently been certified. The same certification has the Samsung Galaxy A02 device’s model numbers as well, which leads us to believe that the Samsung Galaxy A02 might come as the Samsung Galaxy M02 in several markets. This is nothing new, as the Samsung Galaxy A01 and the Samsung Galaxy M01 smartphones have also received similar treatment in the past.

If that is indeed the case, we can expect the Samsung Galaxy M02 to feature 32GB of internal storage, at least a 2GB RAM variant (as per a Geekbench listing in the past), and a Qualcomm processor (the make is unknown for now). The device managed to score 751 in the single-core test and 3,824 in the multi-core test. Below is the Geekbench listing for the Samsung Galaxy A02 smartphone for your reference:

Whenever we receive any more intel on the device, we will keep you posted on the same. What are your thoughts on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy M02? Do let us know in the comments section below.
