The Galaxy M14 4G support page is now live in India.
We’ve found the user manual for both the Galaxy F14 and M14 4G, providing insights into the design of both smartphones.
It’s important to note that these phones will share almost identical specifications but are designed for different marketplaces.
Samsungis getting ready to add new phones to its M and F series – the Galaxy M14 and F14 4G. These are basically 4G versions of the Galaxy M14 and F14 5G, which came out in March last year. Today, we noticed that the Galaxy M14 4G support page is now live in India. We also found the user manual for the Galaxy F14 and M14 4G. It’s important to note that both these phones will be almost the same in terms of specs, just made for different marketplaces.
The Galaxy M14 4G bears the model number SM-M145F, whereas the Galaxy F14 4G is assigned the model number SM-E145F.
Samsung Galaxy M14 and F14 4G Design
As shown in the image above, both the Galaxy M14 and F14 4G will feature the same design language seen in almost all Samsung smartphones in 2023. They will sport an individually aligned triple rear camera positioned at the top left corner of the rear. On the front, there will be minimal bezels on the sides, a thicker bottom, and a waterdrop notch at the top.
The device will include a power button, which will also function as a fingerprint sensor, and volume rockers on the right side, with the SIM tray located on the left side of the frame. Furthermore, a single firing speaker, headphone jack, and USB Type-C port will be situated at the bottom of the frame. Interestingly, despite being an affordable device, it will also support NFC.
Apart from that, we don’t have many details about the upcoming devices at the moment. To refresh our memory, let’s review the specifications of its 5G counterpart.

Display: It flaunts a 6.6-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 layer, and features a Waterdrop notch for the selfie snapper.
Chipset: It runs on the Exynos 1330 SoC paired with Mali-G68 MP2 for graphics.
Software: It runs on the Android 13-based OneUI 5.0 custom skin and will get up to 2 generations of OS upgrades and 4 years of security updates.
RAM and Storage: The smartphone comes with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage with up to 1TB expandable storage via microSD card.
Rear Cameras: The Galaxy M14 5G houses a 50MP main camera, 2MP depth sensor, and 2MP macro sensor.
Front Camera: There’s a 13MP selfie snapper.
Battery: The smartphone packs a massive 6,000mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging.
