Samsung has silently added a new smartphone in its Galaxy M-series called the Galaxy M31 Prime Edition. The newly launched handset comes with highlighted features like bigger battery, quad-camera setup, waterdrop notch, Exynos processor, and more among the others. Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime India Price

The Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime in India is priced at Rs 16,499 for the 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. The company has also listed a 128GB storage variant on the Amazon microsite, but the company is yet to reveal the price. The Galaxy M31 Prime will be up for grabs via Amazon India in Ocean Blue colour option. Besides the e-commerce website is also providing complimentary 3-months Amazon Prime membership.

Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime Specifications and Features

The Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime flaunts a Super AMOLED display with waterdrop notch design which accommodates the selfie camera sensor. The company is yet to reveal the information regarding the size of the display. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Exynos 9611 chipset, clubbed with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. The handset is backed by a 6GB RAM and up to 128GB of onboard storage. You can also expand the storage up to 512GB via microSD card.

As for Optics, the Galaxy M31 packs a rectangular-shaped quad-rear camera setup placed at the top left corner of the back panel. The camera sensor includes a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel (f/2.4) ultra-wide angle sensor with 123-degree of ‘field of view’, a 5-megapixel (f/2.4) macro sensor, and a 5-megapixel (f/2.2) depth sensor supported by an LED flash. Upfront, the smartphone houses a 32-megapixel camera sensor that sits underneath the waterdrop notch.

As far as batteries are concerned, the Galaxy M31 Prime is fuelled by a massive 6,000mAh battery with 15W fast Type-C charging support. The handset runs on Android 10 operating system.
