Samsung has been aggressive with launches under the Galaxy M series for the last few months, the brand announced Galaxy M31s, Galaxy M01s, and Galaxy M01 Core just last month. Samsung Galaxy M51 is an upcoming smartphone from the brand which has been already spotted on a few certification websites revealing key details before the official launch, the smartphone will make its global debut in India sometime next month, as we had exclusively reported.
Samsung Galaxy M51 will pack a humongous 7000mAh battery and a 64MP quad-rear camera setup
Now, more details of Samsung Galaxy M51 have emerged on the web, and if we go by the leaks, Samsung Galaxy M51 will pack a humongous 7000mAh battery. Samsung had introduced 6000mAh battery on a smartphone with the Galaxy M30s, but with Galaxy M51, Samsung is going one more step ahead of the competition in terms of battery capacity.
Apart from it, Samsung Galaxy M51 will pack a quad-rear camera setup along with a 64MP primary sensor, which might be a Samsung ISOCELL sensor. Similar to most other Galaxy M Series devices, Galaxy M51 will also pack an AMOLED display, the display on Galaxy M51 is said to be a 6.67-inch FHD+ panel.
Samsung Galaxy M51 will sport Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 with 8GB RAM and 25W fast charging
Previously, the Geekbench listing of Samsung Galaxy M51, which we spotted back in June had revealed some key specifications of the device including Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 SoC, 8GB of RAM, and Android 10 operating system. Last month, FCC certification had confirmed Galaxy M51 moniker along with 25W (9V x 2.77A) charging support, which is not surprising since we have seen 25W charging support on a Galaxy M series device with recently launched Galaxy M31s.
Apart from Geekbench and FCC certification, Galaxy M51 has already made an appearance on Global Certification Forum and NBTC. Last week, we had spotted Galaxy M51 support page on Samsung’s Russia official website.
For those unaware, Samsung Galaxy M51 renders and leaks have been popping on the web for more than 6 months now, and back in June, our industry sources had told us that the launch of the Galaxy M51 was delayed and pushed to September.
