Samsung is preparing to reveal its latest Tab Active5 Tablet. It will follow the Tab Active4 Pro, which was launched in October last year. Recently, the 10,000mAh battery surfaced on SafetyKorea, which is expected to power the upcoming Tab Active5. Today, we have identified the Tab Active5 on the FCC certification website ahead of its launch.
According to the FCC listing, there will be two devices: 5G, carrying the model number SM-X306B, and the WiFi-only with the model SM-X300. It also disclosed that the device will feature 128GB of internal storage and microSD support for up to 64GB of additional storage. The tablet will support the S-Pen, a 15W charger.
The listing also provides a glimpse of the device during testing, but it doesn’t offer a clear view, although it appears to come in grey or black. Apart from that, we don’t have much information about the upcoming Tab Active5. However, we are expecting to get more details in the coming days.
Furthermore. the device was also appeared on the Geekbench database with SM-X306B model number. The tablet scored 1022 in single core test and 2815 in multicore test. It also reveals that the Tab Active5 will run on Android 14 and have 6GB of RAM.

The Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro flaunts a 10.1-inch TFT LCD with 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Beneath the display, it draws power from the Snapdragon 778G chipset paired with Adreno 642L GPU. The tablet comes in two storage options: 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
Regarding optics, the Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro features a 13MP single rear camera and an 8MP selfie shooter on the front. The device comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack and supports all the essential sensors like Fingerprint (front-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. The tablet gets its juice from a 7600mAh battery.
