Details of all three Samsung tablets have leaked online. The latest listing on the NBTC certification website suggests that the device will launch soon. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, Galaxy S22+ NBTC
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will be Samsung’s premium tablet offering of 2022. It is listed on the NBTC website with the model number SM-X906B. The listing confirms the moniker and the 5G and LTE connectivity support of the Samsung tablet. The Galaxy S22+, on the other hand, has the model number SM-S906E. Samsung is yet to confirm the official launch date of the Tab S8 series and the S22 series. Following the NBTC listing, we can expect an imminent launch.
Other details of the Tab S8 Ultra and S22+ are no secret. Design renders and key specifications of the tablet have leaked in the past. The Ultra model is said to sport a massive 14.6-inch AMOLED display with a WQXGA+ resolution of 2800 x 1752 pixels. The tablet will have thin bezels around the display.
To make room for the front camera, there will be a notch cutout on the right corner. This cutout will house a 12MP front camera. A recent leak suggested that there will be a second 12MP camera as well. Under the hood, the Ultra model will pack a beefy 11,200 mAh battery. It will come with support for 45W fast charging support.
The tablet will draw power from a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, which is the current flagship platform for mobile devices. There will also be a dual-camera setup on the back. It will come with a 13MP main camera and a 6MP ultrawide camera. The tablet will run Android 12-based One UI 4.0 out of the box. It will come with support for S Pen as well.
Details of the S22+ have leaked in the past as well. It will have a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. The phone will have a 50MP triple-camera setup on the back.
