Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and FE+ 5G Live Images Spotted on SafetyKorea Certification, Design Revealed Ahead of Launch

Samsung could be introducing the Galaxy Tab S9 FE series in the coming few weeks. Ahead of the official launch, we have been learning new details of the upcoming Galaxy Tab S9 FE lineup courtesy of several leaks. Both these upcoming tablets were spotted at FCC certification recently. Additionally, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ monikers were confirmed by Samsung a few days back. While we wait for the launch, the live images of both these tablets now are revealed by SafetyKorea certification.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE Series Receive SafetyKorea Certification

The live images revealed by the SafetyKorea certification show that the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ will have a single front-facing camera and a thick bezel on all sides. Apart from these details, the certification also reveals the model number of the Galaxy Tab S9 FE 5G and Wi-Fi variant as SM-X516N and SM-X510 respectively, whereas the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ Wi-Fi and 5G variants bear the model number as SM-X610 and SM-X616N respectively.

The previous leak suggests that the Galaxy Tab S9 FE will feature a 10.9-inch display. The tablet is expected to flaunt a single rear-facing camera and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It also might feature a smart connector as well as dual stereo speaker. The past leak suggests that the tablet will measure 254.3 x 165.8 x 6.7mm in terms of dimensions. On the other hand, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ 5G is expected to feature a 12.4-inch display. Similar to the Galaxy Tab S9 FE, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ is expected to feature a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a single rear-facing camera, smart connector, and a dual stereo speaker.

Under the hood, both these upcoming tablets could be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1380 SoC. As for the software, we can expect both these devices to boot Android 13 out of the box with One UI 5.1 skin on top. The recent leak by tipster Roland Quandt also had revealed the Galaxy Tab S9 FE pricing. As per Quandt, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE LTE model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage could be priced at Rs 63,000 in India.

As of now, the launch date of the upcoming Galaxy Tab S9 FE series is yet to be revealed by Samsung. Considering that these tablets are obtaining several certifications, we can expect them to debut in the coming few days.
