Samsung Confirms Monikers of Upcoming Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE+; India Price Also Tipped

Samsung has confirmed the monikers of the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE+ accidentally through its website.

Samsung recently concluded an unpacked event in Seoul, South Korea, where it unveiled a bunch of new products. The recently concluded unpacked event was the first event by Samsung in its home country. Samsung launched Galaxy Z Flip 5, Z Fold 5, Tab S9, Tab S9+, Tab S9 Ultra, and Watch 6 series. The South Korean giant also unveiled the prices for these products in India. We recently spotted the upcoming Wi-Fi and 5G variants of Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ in the FCC certification. The FCC certification revealed some key specifications of the upcoming tablets. Samsung has accidentally confirmed the monikers of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE series tablets.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE, Tab S9 FE+ Tipped Specifications

The monikers of the upcoming tablets were spotted on a dedicated page for the upcoming key features of the Bixby assistant. The name of the upcoming tablets was seen at the bottom of Samsung’s France website. An image shared by tipster Roland Quandt has confirmed the monikers of the upcoming tablets. Another image of the internet which displays the Google search results for Samsung India and Samsung Malaysia, also displays the monikers of the forthcoming Galaxy Tab S9 FE series tablets.

The tipster reveals that Samsung will price the device at Rs 63,000 for the Wi-Fi variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Samsung is yet to confirm the existence of the upcoming FE series tablets. The South Korean giant has updated the website so that these names are no longer visible. However, we can still see the names since a cached version of Samsung’s France website exists. A couple of days ago, we spotted the Tab S9 FE+ in the FCC certification. The FCC listing confirmed that the Tab S9 FE+ will bear the model numbers SM-X610 and SM-X616B.

The tablet will support 45W fast charging, S-Pen and keyboard support. The schematics in the FCC listing confirm that the tablet will sport a dual-camera setup. OnLeaks had previously shared the renders and specifications of the upcoming Tab S9 FE+ tablet. The report reveals that Samsung might equip the tablet with a 12.4-inch display. Under the hood, the device will have the in-house Exynos 1380 SoC. Samsung will equip the device with a dual speaker setup. The company is likely to equip the device with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The upcoming tablet will have a dimension of 285.4 x 185.4 x 6.54 mm. The CAD renders of the tablet revealed extremely thin bezels on the display. The tipster also shared the CAD renders of the vanilla Galaxy Tab S9 FE. The tab is expected to be equipped with a smaller 10.9-inch IPS LCD display. Samsung will equip the vanilla model with the same Exynos 1380 SoC. The chipset will pair with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The device will run on OneUI 5.1 based on Android 13 out of the box.
